Our brick making machines have such features:

1. Integrated frame structure, all welded with standard size steel, firm structure.

2. The electric control system is controlled by the all-directional PLC super-large screen, and the core electrical components are equipped with Siemens, Schneider and other world brands.

3. Vibration box adopts integral four-axis two-drive vibration box; Superposition vertical directional vibration is generated by forced synchronization of synchronous gear.

4. Vibration motor adopts brick machine for servo motor, high precision, quick response (acceleration time is 0.5-0.7s).

5. The cloth adopts suspension structure and hydraulic drive. The unique design of pulling teeth can break the arch and cloth more stable and faster.

The brick making machine is multi-purpose, with complete functions and advanced technology. The main machine can replace different molds to produce different brick products. A variety of brick types are available for customers to choose. The secondary fabric device can produce a variety of color bricks, slope protection bricks, etc. And we could make any bricks you need!
